The Opportunity

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Representative who understands how FMCG businesses operate at store level and can translate that understanding into high‑value, solution‑led sales conversations.

If you’ve sold into retailers, chains, convenience, symbols, wholesalers, or multi‑site operators, this role is a natural next step.

Your Role

As a DRS Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving growth through new business development and account expansion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and winning new business across retail and FMCG‑led environments
  • Managing a defined territory or account base
  • Leading consultative sales conversations with owners, operators, and senior stakeholders
  • Identifying operational pain points and positioning DRS as the solution
  • Building long‑term, trusted customer relationships
  • Preparing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity
