Opportunity at RRG Toyota Huddersfield - Payroll Administrator (Part-Time)
Salary £13,738.40 (Depending on experience)
Working x 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday 0830 - 1230

RRG Toyota Huddersfield is seeking an experienced and organised Part-Time Accounts Administrator to join their busy team.

Tasks covered in the role but not limited to:

  • Daily Cash Banking
  • Daily and Monthly Bank Reconciliations
  • Sales Ledger including credit control
  • Posting purchase invoices and credit notes
  • Supplier statements reconciliations
  • Preparing and processing monthly supplier BACs run
  • Company Credit Card Reconciliation
  • Intercompany Transactions
  • Assisting all departments with any queries
  • General Office/Admin Duties
  • Holiday Cover for the Accounts Department/Remote cover for other branches when required

Skills Required:

  • Ability to manage own workload
  • Excellent organisation
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
