MI Analyst - Tableau
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE)

The Role:
As a Tableau MI Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining insightful management information (MI) reports and dashboards to support decision-making across the business. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure data integrity, automate reporting processes, and translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimise Tableau dashboards and reports to support business needs.
- Gather, interpret, and analyse business data to provide actionable insights that drive performance improvements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and enhance existing reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Provide support and training to non-technical users on Tableau and data interpretation.
- Work on ad hoc projects as required to support business objectives.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in developing Tableau dashboards and MI reports.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience in data visualisation, reporting, and business intelligence (BI) solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with additional BI tools (e.g. Power BI) is advantageous but not essential.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
