Job Overview:

Perfect Group, a fast-growing national Removals, Storage, and Furniture company, is seeking a dedicated Relocation Consultant. We pride ourselves on treating every customer as an individual, exceeding their expectations by understanding their needs, planning with excellence, and delivering with care.

As part of our dynamic sales team, your primary responsibility will be to expand our domestic sales division by booking quotations, visiting and surveying properties, and providing estimates. With our recent tremendous growth, you will serve as a brand ambassador: building confidence in our products, developing lasting relationships, and identifying new opportunities with sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Arrange appointments with individuals planning to move house.
  • Conduct in-person or video call visits to their homes.
  • Perform surveys and present estimates.
  • Use the company’s software (handheld tablet) to provide quotes/job specifications.
  • Follow up, negotiate, and close sales.
  • Deliver starter packs to successful sales (packaging).

Competencies / Abilities:

  • Highly personable with excellent communication and rapport skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a self-starter: results-driven and sales-focused.
  • Trustworthy, capable of winning trust and confidence with customers and team members alike.
  • Articulate, well-presented, and well-spoken.
  • Good time management, administration, and numerical skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.

Benefits:
