Join a Modern, High-Volume Bodyshop

Are you an experienced PDR Technician looking for a fresh challenge in a professional, well-equipped bodyshop?

We're recruiting on behalf of a large, modern accident repair centre in Peterborough, offering excellent earning potential, a fantastic working environment and a steady flow of work. You'll be repairing a wide range of vehicles, typically under 5 years old, meaning you'll be working on quality vehicles rather than tired, high-mileage cars.

This is a permanent PAYE opportunity with genuine long-term stability and career progression.

What's in it for You?

  • Up to £49,000 basic salary

  • 10% performance bonus

  • On Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £53,900

  • Up to £23.37 per hour, depending on experience and skill level

  • Monday to Friday only – no weekends

  • 40-hour working week

  • Choice of Day Shift or Backshift

  • Permanent PAYE position

  • Company pension

  • Paid holidays

  • Modern workshop with state-of-the-art equipment

  • Friendly, supportive team environment

  • Long-term career prospects within a growing business

The Role

As a PDR Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality paintless dent repairs across a variety of vehicle makes and models. Working alongside an experienced bodyshop team, you'll ensure repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship.

Your Responsibilities

  • Carry out high-quality paintless dent repairs (PDR)

  • Repair minor dents, door dings and creases

  • Remove larger dents and bodyline damage where possible

  • Use Push to Paint and Push to Prep techniques where appropriate

  • Prepare damaged panels to minimise filler and painting requirements

  • Work closely with the wider bodyshop team

  • Maintain high levels of quality, productivity and attention to detail

About You

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys producing first-class repairs.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a PDR Technician, Dent Repair Technician or Paintless Dent Removal Specialist

  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach

  • Experience using Push to Paint / Push to Prep techniques (advantageous)

  • Ability to work independently and within a busy workshop team

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Apply Today

If you're an experienced PDR Technician looking to join a busy, modern workshop with excellent facilities, excellent earning potential of up to £53,900 OTE, and a genuine Monday-to-Friday work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today through Command Recruitment for a confidential discussion and further information.
