Full job description

HausenCare is a growing London property repairs and maintenance company working with letting agents and property managers across the capital. We're looking for a Customer Success & Retention Manager to keep our agency clients happy, active, and coming back.

The role

You'll own our client relationships after the first job — making sure agencies have a great experience, keep sending us work, and grow into long-term accounts. This is about retention and relationships, not new sales.

What you'll do

  • Be the main point of contact for our letting agent and property manager clients
  • Build strong relationships that turn first jobs into repeat, regular work
  • Check in proactively, resolve issues quickly, and keep clients happy
  • Spot opportunities to grow each account and win back quiet ones
  • Work closely with our operations team to make sure every job is delivered to standard

What we're looking for

  • Experience in B2B customer retention, account management, or customer success
  • Background in a service industry — ideally working with estate or letting agents
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills
  • Organised, proactive, and genuinely focused on client happiness
  • Understanding of the London property or maintenance world is a strong plus

What we offer

  • A key role in a growing company with real ownership of client relationships
  • Competitive salary [+ performance incentive — to discuss]

Pay: £24,420.00-£69,861.89 per year

Work Location: Remote
