RAMEN CHEF

Salary up to £16.60 per hour

We have a simple mission at Tonkotsu, to serve real ramen with heart and soul in every bowl! We want people to leave our restaurants happier than when they arrive, with satisfied hunger and warmth from the hospitality they’ve received.

We began serving ramen in 2012 in Soho. We have few more restaurants now but are still committed to provide excellent ramen with our homemade noodles and served by the best people we can find! You will join a team that is passionate about delivering a great OMOTENASHI!

What is that you ask? Omotenashi is The Japanese Art of Hospitality, it is service without being servile, we anticipate our customer needs, it is service form the bottom of the heart.

As a Ramen Chef at Tonkotsu you will be on the front line, the person who manages your section and contributes to the day-to-day operation of the kitchen alongside the BOH Management team. We can teach you everything you need to know, you just need to be curious and eager to learn, have a generous spirit and work hard.
