They work across areas in Fintech such as: Payments, Banking, Private Equity, Financial Services and Credit. Graduate Research Associate - London - Hybrid - £30k-£35k
As a Graduate Research Associate, you will support the delivery of senior-level appointments for a wide range of organisations. This is a core role within the business, offering early responsibility, exposure to senior stakeholders and excellent development.
You will begin working across different sectors and projects in the Fintech space, giving you a broad understanding of how organisations operate and how senior leaders are appointed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching organisations and markets to identify potential candidates for leadership roles
- Mapping senior-level talent and producing candidate longlists
- Speaking with and interviewing senior professionals to assess suitability and motivation
- Supporting Consultants and senior colleagues throughout live projects
- Gaining insight into leadership trends, governance and organisational challenges
- Managing multiple projects at once and adapting quickly to new subject areas
