- Comfortable approaching and chatting to people from all walks of life
- Friendly, polite, and approachable
- A good listener who can follow instructions
- Reliable and happy to work independently
- Confident speaking and writing in English
- Computer literate as the majority of work will be on tablets
- Able to travel locally (own transport is helpful but not always essential)
Life experience, curiosity, and enthusiasm are just as valuable as work experience. If people tend to open up to you, you’ll do well in this role.
