We are looking for a Research and Evaluation Co-ordinator to join our team and support the Research and Evaluation Manager in designing and delivering robust research and evaluation frameworks, as well as research-based commercial services and projects for Suffolk Mind.

As part of our mission to become the best place in the world to talk about and take care of mental health, our Research and Evaluation team plays a vital role in measuring the impact and effectiveness of services across the organisation. The team also conducts research into the wellbeing of people across Suffolk and delivers research projects commissioned by external partners and stakeholders.

Our new Co-ordinator will lead on a number of research projects and play a key role within a developing team, which also consists of a new Research and Evaluation Assistant who is currently being recruited.

• 37 hours per week (work pattern flexible/to be discussed)
• Job share and hybrid working available
• £27,202.00 per year (FTE)
• Suffolk Office Base (this could be Ipswich, Felixstowe, Bury St Edmunds or Saxmundham)

• Ability to present complex information to internal and external audiences
• Able to build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience of primary and secondary research
• Experience with survey design, creation, distribution and analysis using Excel, PowerBI, Qualtrics, or other survey and data visualisation platforms
• Ability to coordinate complex projects, with competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders
• Design, deliver and present data to clients and service users, accounting for varying levels of knowledge and scepticism, and acknowledging their individual needs
• Ability to work proactively, flexibly and independently
