We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children and motivated to offer the highest standards of care. There is career progression, and support will be given to help the right candidate progress to the next step in their career.
Your role as a Team Leader is vital to their development. You have the opportunity to really make a difference in the young people's lives and help guide and support them to achieve positive outcomes and life choices.
All applicants must have at least 2 years' experience in residential child care and working alongside young people, a Level 3 qualification or equivalent, and a full UK driving licence.
Within this leadership role, you will ensure each child's welfare and care and give guidance and support to all residential workers. Consistency and organisational skills are key. You will create plans and paperwork as well as support others with these, so a good level of written work and IT skills is required. You will also set boundaries and expectations for the young people and create positive relationships with the children, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.
Our shift patterns include early, late, and some sleep shifts (up to 10 per month), so we must be willing to work some weekends and bank holidays.
Salary for the role including sleeps is up to £40,434 , we also have a host of other benefits including company pension, employee assist.
If you are keen on progression, we can offer the perfect platform for you to take the next step with our individualised training programme. We want our team members to grow and progress within the company.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that puts young people at the heart of everything it does!
