We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This role is ideal for a leader who understands that success isn't measured solely by compliance, but by the positive and lasting impact made on the lives of young people.

Your Responsibilities
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the home
- Develop and inspire a committed residential care team
- Promote a culture focused on positive outcomes and safeguarding
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Home Standards
- Support staff development, retention, and wellbeing
- Build strong relationships with local authorities and external professionals
- Drive continuous improvement and service quality
What We're Looking For
- Experience within Children's Residential Care
- Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
