£65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Development Opportunities

We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Your Responsibilities

As Registered Manager, you will:

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the home
  • Develop and inspire a committed residential care team
  • Promote a culture focused on positive outcomes and safeguarding
  • Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Home Standards
  • Support staff development, retention, and wellbeing
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities and external professionals
  • Drive continuous improvement and service quality

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within Children's Residential Care
  • Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
