Property Manager

Company Overview:
We are delighted to be working with our client, a leading independent lettings and property management company based in Clifton, Bristol. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly and professional team.

Role Overview:
This is a pivotal role within a small, supportive team of Property Managers, where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 150 properties. Previous property management experience is essential. Our client prides themselves on providing an excellent working environment, genuine career development opportunities, and a strong focus on employee wellbeing. They offer one remote working day per week, alongside full funding towards ARLA qualifications to support your professional development.

Key Responsibilities for the Property Manager

  • Manage a portfolio of 150 residential properties
  • Conduct property check-ins and check-outs
  • Carry out routine property inspections
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding maintenance issues and tenancy matters
  • Instruct and manage contractors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to both landlords and tenants

Skills & Qualifications for the Property Manager

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in residential property management
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Genuine interest in the property sector
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
  • Full clean driving licence

Property Manager Package & Benefits

  • Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (Tuesday 6:00pm finish)
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays worked with a day in lieu 930am to 330pm
  • Salary £28,000 - £32,000+ depending on experience
  • 1 day Work from home per week
  • Fully funded ARLA qualifications
