Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to support the effective operation of our children's residential care home specialising in mild learning disabilities. and some EBD too. Based in High Barnet. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supervising staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those with a background in children's care and some experience of working with OFSTED and to Ofsted standards.

The home is rated GOOD in all areas and the children are thriving. We seek an ambitious DM who would hope to progress to becoming a Registered Manager within 12 months or so.

Offering a base salary of £40,000, with bonuses could take the final amount up to £50k. Also further training is funded, with real opportunity of progression.
