Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Baker to join our team during daytime hours. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting a variety of baked goods that delight our customers. Your enthusiasm for food production and culinary craftsmanship will help create a warm, inviting atmosphere where quality and freshness are at the forefront. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with kitchen experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing baked treats to life.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies, following established recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure all food safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Assist in food preparation tasks such as mixing, measuring ingredients, and assembling baked items
  • Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results and consistent product quality
  • Maintain organized workstations, ensuring all ingredients and supplies are stocked and properly stored
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while upholding high standards of food presentation
  • Support the overall cleanliness of the bakery area by cleaning equipment, utensils, and work surfaces regularly

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food production, baking, or kitchen environments is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of ingredients
  • Strong understanding of culinary techniques related to baking and food preparation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
  • Flexibility to work daytime hours, including weekends if needed
  • Restaurant or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
