Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. If you have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times, ensuring compliance with health standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, enthusiasm for the role is key.
  • Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions and managing orders.
  • Knowledge of bartending.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanour to enhance guest interactions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery throughout shifts.
