Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

Duties

  • Assist the Head Chef in food preparation, and cooking
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations
  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in creating innovative dishes that reflect seasonal ingredients and trends
  • Proven experience as a Chef de partie or in a similar culinary role within a pub or restaurant environment.
  • Responsible for the preparation and setup of your section
  • Previous experience in hospitality is essential, with an understanding of customer service expectations.
