Dental Scotland, Glasgow, Bridge St one of the largest and fastest growing dental chains in the country, is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. This is a pivotal role within our practice, where you will play a key part in boosting the practice reputation and meeting KPIs. The successful candidate will work alongside a talented team of dental professionals to ensure the smooth running of the practice and provide excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients in a warm and friendly manner, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Answer telephone calls and schedule appointments, ensuring the practice diary is organised efficiently.
  • Manage patient records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Liaise with dentists and other team members to ensure the best possible care is provided to patients.
  • Handle patient enquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process payments and prepare invoices, ensuring the smooth running of the practice's financial processes.
  • Maintain the practice's reputation by delivering excellent customer service and adhering to industry standards.
  • Work with the team to drive revenue in the practice and meet KPIs.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience as a dental receptionist, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Familiar with dental CRM e.g SFD
  • Hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Good IT skills, with the ability to use practice management software and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Passionate and motivated to drive revenue in the practice.
  • Knowledge of the dental industry and treatments would be an advantage.

Hours:

  • 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
