Front of House – Experienced Waiter/Bartender – Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Waiter/ Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hospitality skills, and a passion for providing outstanding service in a fast-paced pub environment. Must be able to DRIVE to the location.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and drink orders and serve customers efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar, restaurant and service areas.
  • Process cash and card payments accurately using the POS system.
  • Check ID and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
  • Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in a pub, bar or restaurant of 3 years
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Experience using POS systems and handling cash.
  • Reliable, flexible and able to work evenings and weekends.
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport due to the location.
