Full job description

Assistant supervisor, (front of house), required for our very busy Olive Tree coffee shop and restaurant at California Lodge Garden Centre, Howden. We are looking for a good team leader who can work confidently with the day to day running of the coffee shop & restaurant and to also lead the team through a busy service. You must have very good communication skills, be very much a people person and be able to show respect at all times when dealing with customers and staff.

You will work on a two weekly shift pattern totaling approx. 60 hours per fortnight

Week 1 - Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9am to 5pm or finish

Week 2 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 9am to 5pm or finish, Saturday 8.30am to 5.00 pm or finish, Sunday 9.30am to 4.30pm or finish

You should also be available for extra cover if needed to cover sickness and holidays.

Previous hospitality and supervisory experience necessary.
