Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of high performers.
• Stock control – handle stock orders, stock checks, and ensure cost efficiency.
• End-of-week takings – manage financial reporting accurately.
• Computer literacy – create and manage spreadsheets, use ordering and finance software, and keep records up to date
• Train and mentor staff, ensuring top-tier service and efficiency.
• Set clear expectations and enforce our core values—no exceptions.
• Recruit and hire only the best—B-players or below need not apply!
• Manage staff rotas to optimize productivity and coverage.
• Customer Experience:
• Ensure every guest has an outstanding experience.
• Handle customer feedback professionally, turning issues into opportunities.
• Business Growth & Marketing:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and footfall.
• Manage and enhance the restaurant’s social media presence to engage customers.
• Plan and execute events, promotions, and themed nights that people talk about.
• Operations & Financial Management:
• Oversee stock management, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Monitor profit and loss— ensuring cost control and revenue maximization.
• Manage time efficiently, balancing operational tasks with strategic growth initiatives.
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are met.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven experience in restaurant management—this isn’t a learning-on-the-job role.
✔ A natural leader who holds people accountable and drives results.
✔ Experience in staff training, motivation, and performance management.
✔ Social media marketing & event planning experience (preferred).
✔ Ability to work under pressure and solve problems fast.
✔ A proactive, ambitious mindset—we want someone hungry for success.

We are also building a strong front-of-house team for the relaunch and are looking for experienced, professional floor staff who take real pride in service. Ideally, you will have worked in a quality restaurant, bar or hospitality venue and understand the difference that confidence, attention to detail and a warm welcome make to a guest’s experience.
