Full job description

Night time work, full time

Starting time 8pm-4am

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes and ensure that all products meet quality standards
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking process to ensure proper timing and temperature
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Clean and maintain baking equipment and work area

Experience:
- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Skills:
- Food safety knowledge to ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Cooking skills to prepare doughs, fillings, and toppings for baked goods
- Food preparation skills to measure, mix, and portion ingredients accurately
- Restaurant experience is a plus, as it demonstrates familiarity with commercial kitchen operations
- Culinary knowledge to create new recipes or adapt existing ones for specific dietary needs or preferences
