Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Duties

  • Lead and supervise front-of-house team members, including servers, hosts, and baristas, ensuring smooth service delivery.

  • Oversee food presentation and ensure adherence to culinary standards.
  • Assist in training new staff members in food preparation, serving procedures, and hospitality protocols.
  • Monitor cleanliness and organisation of the dining area to uphold health and safety regulations.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer enquiries efficiently.
  • Support the kitchen team during busy periods with basic food preparation or serving tasks as needed.
  • Enforce food safety standards across all front-of-house operations.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally to enhance overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with management on menu updates, special events, and promotional activities.
