Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and possess excellent leadership skills to ensure the smooth running of our restaurant.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, and staff performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to deliver exceptional service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus and dishes

Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is essential
- Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food safety standards, and kitchen operations
- Proven track record in team management and supervising staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
