Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a motivated team. Your energetic leadership will help foster a vibrant Hospitality environment, optimize sales performance, and uphold our commitment to operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with strong management skills to grow within a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily bar operations, including sales, and inventory
  • Lead and supervise team members to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure adherence to company standards
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives for staff members
  • Coordinate with management on sales strategies and promotional activities
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate records
  • Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, motivation, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times

Requirements

  • Proven management experience in a hospitality environment with supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
