About Us

Delta Hotels by Marriott Milton Keynes is part of the globally recognised Marriott brand, offering a modern and welcoming environment for both guests and associates. The hotel has a strong focus on meetings and events, hosting a wide range of conferences, corporate functions, and social gatherings throughout the year. Our Food & Beverage team plays a key role in delivering exceptional service across both day-to-day dining and large-scale events.

The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Team Members to join our team. You will work across our restaurant, bar, and conference & banqueting areas, supporting a busy meetings and events operation as well as our regular hotel services.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two shifts are the same—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly and professional service to guests at all times
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and drinks in line with hotel standards
  • Support conferences, meetings, and events including room setup and service
  • Prepare and set up restaurant, bar, and event spaces
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all F&B areas
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
  • Handle guest queries and ensure any issues are resolved promptly

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be 18 years or over due to serving and selling alcohol
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred but not essential)
  • A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during events
  • Flexible approach to working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A passion for delivering great guest experiences
