Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Staff member and be the welcoming face of our establishment! This energetic role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality, food service, and creating memorable experiences for guests. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth operations while delivering exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively, friendly atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a positive attitude.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled.
  • Serve food, drinks, and snacks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house areas, including dining spaces and service stations.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and issue receipts promptly.
  • Support bar operations by bartending or preparing coffee as required, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant service, catering, or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Experience in serving, bartending, or barista roles is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest experiences.

Must be able to drive or have reliable transport options.
