Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our bar team and ensure exceptional service in a vibrant hospitality environment in Marple. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bar operations, maintaining high standards of food safety, and fostering a positive atmosphere for both staff and guests. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the culinary arts, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train bar staff, ensuring they deliver excellent service and adhere to company standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
  • Create innovative drink menus that reflect current trends while considering guest preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly regarding food safety practices.
  • Monitor bar performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
