Job Overview

You must have a valid Personal License.

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Pub Manager to lead the daily operations of our vibrant pub environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of pub management, ensuring a lively, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and safety. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional experiences, foster a positive team culture, and drive the success of the venue. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, with a flair for culinary excellence and team management.

We would also like applications from Supervisors, Shift Managers and those who have enough Pub work experience to step into this role.

Duties

  • Supervise daily pub operations, including food preparation, serving, and bar service to ensure smooth and efficient service flow
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff members, including bartenders, servers, cooks, and support personnel
