We are recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join our vibrant team

Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate is a creative professional who is willing to participate in creating outstanding seasonal Menu's and ability and skill set to do banquet style with flair.

You should have excellent communication skills with in-depth knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.

The Job Role
Chef De Partie is to assist the Head & Sous Chef with the fresh food operation

  • The successful Chef will be required to provide outstanding food to both restaurant and wedding guests.
  • To help maintain a high standard of service in the kitchen and to make sure to keep compliant.

The Requirements
A strong Chef with a quality Restaurant/Commercial kitchen and/or events venue background.

  • Exposure to large-scale weddings and events is preferential.
  • A self-starter with a strong team ethic.
  • The successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 year within good quality kitchens.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career
