Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that all food safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality practices and customer service excellence.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations is an advantage.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
