Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant fresh pasta and small plate restaurant! In this energetic role, you will support the restaurant manager with daily operations, developing team members. Your leadership will inspire team members, uphold food safety standards, and create a warm, confident hospitality for our guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Support restaurant manager in the day to day running of the restaurant
  • Coach, support and develop the front of house team
  • Lead shifts on the floor, setting exceptional standards, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage guest interactions to ensure satisfaction, handle feedback professionally, and resolve any issues promptly
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure service runs smoothly
