Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As the Front of House Supervisor, you will work closely with the on-shift Manager and will work closely together to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations along with the day to day running ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction as a top priority.

We are looking for someone who can work well as a team, be able to build a great working relationship with other staff members to create a smooth running of all areas of the restaurant and garden.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role and be able to show great initiative when working alone but can step into the manager's role and lead a team to cover sickness, training days and holidays where needed.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain all food and beverage operations, including the kitchen, bar, and dining areas alongside the manager.
- Ensure all food being served is to a high-quality level for preparation and presentation
- Work with the team to ensure all staff are following the same process and providing a consistent service to our customer's.
- Monitor inventory levels and order food and drinks as required
- Always maintain cleanliness and presentability of the restaurant and bar
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special functions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Always be courteous to guests ensuring they are made to feel welcome

- The ability to train, supervise, manage, and coach employees.

- Self-motivation with a positive attitude

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
