Part time or full time position available. Could consider condensed hours.

This role is initially fixed term with a permanent position available following success completion of the initial probation period.

Huddle is an independent hospitality venue known for quality burgers, pizzas and events, delivered in a fast paced but supportive environment. We are looking for a professional, reliable chef to join our kitchen team on a part time basis.

We pride ourselves on our desire to work collaboratively, support one another and take collective responsibility for standards. Everyone contributes across the department and we expect a team first mindset.

The Role
You will be part of a close knit kitchen team responsible for delivering consistent, high quality food during busy service periods.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and cooking menu items to specification
  • Working across sections as required Supporting prep, cleaning and stock management
  • Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
  • Contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen culture

This role will mainly be daytime working, including a weekend day, but requires flexibility, including occasional evenings and additional weekends cover.

About You
We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working in a busy commercial kitchen
  • Remains calm and organised under pressure
  • Takes pride in quality and consistency
  • Is proactive and willing to support across the whole kitchen
  • Communicates well and works respectfully within a team
  • Understands the standards required in an independent hospitality business
  • Pizza and grill experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
