As a Carpet Cleaner at Firmdale Hotels, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the impeccable standards that our guests have come to expect. From plush suites to bustling corridors, you will be responsible for keeping our carpets looking pristine across all our properties. Armed with top-of-the-line equipment and a passion for perfection, you will breathe new life into every inch of carpet you touch.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough cleaning of carpets in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Utilising specialist cleaning techniques to tackle tough stains and restore carpets to their original lustre.
  • Collaborating closely with our housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Operating company-provided vans to travel between our eight Central London hotels.
  • Demonstrating a meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of your work.
  • Embracing the spirit of teamwork and camaraderie as you work alongside fellow hospitality enthusiasts.

What you Need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of carpet cleaning excellence.
  • Possession of a full UK Driving Licence, as you will be provided with a van for travel between properties.
  • Adeptness at carrying out specialist cleaning tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a dynamic team environment
