Full job description

We're looking for people who are passionate about craft beers and ciders as well as community-focused pubs. The Salutation is an incredibly fun and friendly pub which has won national awards for its real ales and ciders. It brews beer on site and showcases beer and cider from the very best producers in the country. The successful applicant will be over 18 years old and ideally have strong knowledge and passion for our products or at the very least a willingness to develop their palates and learn all about them. Customer service is paramount to us and the successful applicant must be able to deliver this to the highest standard and maintain our reputation as a friendly, welcoming and inclusive community pub. The successful applicant will join our small, friendly team to serve food and drink to members of the public mostly on weekends but also on occasional weekday evenings. Candidates must be self-motivated, physically fit and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills.
