Mobile Mixologist

Are you an experienced bartender or mixologist with a passion for delivering unforgettable events? Tipsy Parties, the UK’s leading provider of mobile cocktail experiences, is looking for skilled professionals to join our award-winning team!

We specialize in hosting cocktail-making classes, private bartending services, and unique themed events across the country. With thousands of 5-star reviews and over a decade of expertise, we pride ourselves on offering premium experiences that are as fun as they are professional and we’re looking for talented individuals to help us make the magic happen.
The work is flexible around your other commitments with short well paid shifts.

Pay is £100 basic for a 2 hour booking plus travel pay, plus participant bonuses (average £15) performance bonuses (typically +£12 per booking) and a margin on ingredients purchased.

You will be expected to travel up to 1 hour away from your home. We have regular bookings most weekends year round. Paid training jobs are provided but some previous cocktail experience is required. Most bookings are weekends (Friday nights, Saturday day and night).

Most of our bookings are for cocktail lessons, so we are looking for individuals with good personalities to host these classes. A full driving licence and own vehicle is essential

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome & Engage Guests: Create a warm and fun atmosphere, making guests feel at ease and excited.
  • Lead Cocktail Experiences: Guide guests step-by-step through making cocktails, demonstrating techniques like shaking and garnishing.
  • Host Games: Facilitate fun games to keep the event lively and entertaining.
  • Setup & Cleanup: Arrive early to prepare the space and ensure everything is left clean and tidy after the event.
  • Manage Event Flow: Keep the event on track, adapting to guest preferences and ensuring all activities fit the timeframe.
  • Ensure Safety: Follow responsible alcohol service practices and health & safety guidelines.
  • Promote the Brand: Represent the company professionally and suggest future services when appropriate.
  • Handle Equipment: Take care of tools and glassware, reporting any issues promptly.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £55.00-£65.00 per hour
