Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, following established recipes and safety standards
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas to uphold food safety standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage cash transactions and operate POS systems with accuracy using basic math skills
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive atmosphere
• Assist in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting areas for new guests as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant service is highly preferred
• Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and food safety regulations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently
• Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment while maintaining professionalism
• Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
• A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
