Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our remote team. This role offers the flexibility of working from home, providing excellent service to our clients through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organised, and comfortable handling multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are highly desirable, enabling us to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Duties

  • Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in both Spanish and English, are highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional phone manner and active listening capabilities.
