Full job description

We are looking to hire an Assistant/Deputy Manager to lead the team, support the GM, be the point of customer contact, manage the business operations and deliver hospitality excellence at The Greene Oak, Windsor, Brucan Pubs.

  • Salary available £40,000 to £45,000 per year inclusive of tronc, based on a 48-hour week over 5 days. Salary range dependent on capability & experience.
  • This vacancy requires a pro active manager to work across all aspects of food & beverage service, colleague management and colleague training.
  • The front of house team consists of 12 staff and we are looking for a leader with the ability to ensure not only guest, but team satisfaction.
  • The management team provide full support to the restaurant & bar structure ensuring all the tools and training are provided to focus on driving and growing a successful business.
