Food Director / Head of Food

Nationwide | Circa £100,000

A growing national hospitality group is looking for a senior food leader to shape and drive its food and beverage proposition across a substantial UK estate.

This is a senior leadership role with real influence. You’ll take ownership of the food strategy across the group, from proposition and menu development through to commercial performance, standards and operational delivery.

The role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading the group-wide food strategy across a multi-site estate
  • Shaping a distinctive, commercially strong food proposition
  • Driving menu development with a focus on modern British and seasonal cooking
  • Improving food quality, consistency and guest experience across the estate
  • Delivering strong commercial performance across multiple sites
  • Leading and developing senior food and operational teams
  • Working closely with the wider leadership team on growth and business strategy
  • Travelling nationally across the UK estate

We’re looking for
