Field Sales Representative

Location: Paisley

Contract Type: Permanent


Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team.

This full-time field sales role comes with a salary of £30,221 and many compelling benefits.

About Your Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. The customers you will be interacting with will vary by location, but typically include a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. You will focus on promoting our brands and solutions using data and insights that align with business objectives. You will report into the Field Sales Manager.

  • You would need a UK driving license or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and living within a 60-minute commute from the location of the role.

  • Experience within Retail or FMCG, while preferred it is not essential.

  • We provide comprehensive training along with all the tools and support you need to succeed. We’re looking for someone who works well within a team, enjoys staying active, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands‑on role.

  • Influencing and negotiation skills, experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.

  • Ability to build trusted relationships with outlet owners, managers and decision makers.

  • We are looking for a team player, that shares learning, best practice and supports team success.

  • Some manual handling of products and/or equipment at the point of sale.

  • Proficiency in using digital technologies, such as iPhone and iPad, to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.

  • Strong ability to independently manage your workload and schedule while meeting key sales targets.

  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.

  • Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.
