Orocco Pier, South Queensferry is seeking experienced waiting and /or bar staff for our busy cafe bar, restaurant, hotel and events venue.

We are looking for someone keen to build on their skills in the hospitality industry or who may be looking for their next step up into a Supervisory role.

We can accommodate a minimum of 16 hours and up to 40 per week. We will aim to work in with employees other commitments if they are only available on a part time basis , but they must be available at some point every weekend as this is our busiest time of the week .

We are a busy/vibrant operation so a a minimum of 6 months relevant hospitality experience is required. Friendly and professional communication with customers is a must, as is working at pace and with purpose to deliver a high standard of service at all times.

· Up to £12.71 per hour .Hourly rates are dependent on age, and experience will be taken into consideration.

· An equal share of service charge and tips. We apply a 10% service charge against all food and drinks bills. This can serve as a significant addition to your hourly rate.
