Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Training staff on the food & drinks menu and order of service
  • Ensuring that we have the most effective seating plan for the shift and that return times are met, or the plan is adjusted as needed during service
  • Communicating throughout service with the kitchen to ensure that tickets coming through are clear and the pace of orders coming in is smooth
  • Acting on and communicating any customer notes, ie. birthdays, allergies, special requests
  • Maintaining our order of service to the highest level, and ensuring all FOH staff do the same, so customers feel looked after from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave
  • Making sure a positive and productive energy is maintained by the team throughout the shift
  • Making a connection with our customers, ensuring that they have the best experience and leave excited to return in the future
  • Making sure the restaurant is clean and tidy throughout the shift and maintaining H&S records

What are we offering?

  • Full-time position, five days a week
  • Sundays off (with some exceptions throughout the year)
  • Daily staff meals, all the coffee you want
  • Staff discounts in our shops & restaurants
  • Company anniversary meal vouchers
  • Corporate gym membership after six months of employment
