Job Summary

At Suum Vietnamese Kitchen, we’re more than just a restaurant—we’re a family-run business passionate about authentic Vietnamese food, warm hospitality and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

We’re looking for an inspiring Front of House Manager to lead our front of house team and play a key role in the next chapter of Suum’s journey. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building teams, improving operations and helping grow a successful independent restaurant.

As Front of House Manager, you’ll take ownership of the daily running of the restaurant, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service while developing and motivating your team to deliver their very best. You’ll work closely with the owners to introduce new ideas, improve systems, increase sales and create a positive, high-performing culture.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, ambitious and passionate about hospitality—someone who wants to build a long-term career with us and help make Suum one of the best independent restaurants in the area.
