About The Varsity Club:
You’ll be working in an iconic venue nestled in the heart of Oxford. This dynamic role will have you working across 4 unique floors.
Your responsibilities will span curating unforgettable moments from our rooftop bar, providing exquisite service in our cocktail lounge, catering to private events and working within our high-volume club atmosphere.

The role*:

Efficiently greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude, ensuring a pleasant start to their experience.

Take and deliver food and drink orders promptly and accurately, even in high-pressure situations.

Continuously attend to guests' needs and offer menu recommendations throughout their visit.

Maintain a clean and organized dining area by promptly clearing and sanitizing tables, while also assisting the bar team with restocking supplies as needed.

Adhere to rigorous safety and hygiene standards, including responsible alcohol service.

Handle monetary transactions with precision, including both cash and credit card payments.

Collaborate with the hosting team to manage reservations effectively, optimizing seating arrangements and accommodating special requests whenever possible.
