Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Guest Service Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest.

The Guest Service Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across all areas of the hospitality operation, including front office, guest relations, and food & beverage service. The role oversees daily guest-facing operations, ensures service excellence, manages staff performance, resolves guest concerns, and works collaboratively with all departments to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations & Customer Service

  • Welcome guests and ensure a positive and memorable experience throughout their visit.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service improvements where required.
  • Manage VIP guests and special requests. Front Office & Guest Services Operations
  • Oversee reception, reservations support, concierge, and guest service functions.
  • Manage and secure individual and group reservations, ensuring accuracy of booking details and guest requirements.
  • Liaise with guests, tour operators, corporate clients, and event organizers regarding reservations, room blocks, and special arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, reservation systems, and operational reports.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and room allocations.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Food & Beverage Service Operations

  • Support and oversee daily food and beverage service activities to ensure excellent guest experiences.
  • Assist in coordinating restaurant, bar, breakfast, banqueting, and event service operations.
  • Ensure service standards, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene requirements are consistently maintained.
  • Address guest feedback and service issues relating to food and beverage operations.
  • Work closely with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Promote upselling opportunities and maximize guest satisfaction within F&B outlets. Team Leadership & Staff Development
  • Supervise, train, coach, and motivate guest service and hospitality team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and guest-focused working environment. Operational Coordination
  • Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and F&B departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate special events, functions, and group bookings.
  • Monitor operational standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with budgeting, stock control, and departmental administration as required. Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations.
  • Follow company policies and emergency procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
