Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and have excellent communication skills. Duties: - Greet guests and escort them to their tables - Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately - Upsell additional items, such as desserts or specialty drinks, to enhance the guest experience - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Assist with food preparation when needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Knowledge of basic maths for handling payments accurately - Familiarity with food safety regulations is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively If you are passionate about providing exceptional service, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you.
