Full job description

Tamarind Tree Totnes is looking for a Front of House Manager to join our team. After opening our restaurant at the end of last 2022, we have built a reputation for offering some of the best Indian food in Devon. We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Manager, could it be you?

A knowledge of Indian food is desirable. Candidates need to have a passion for great food and customer service.

If you have experience in managing Front of House hospitality and are looking for a new role, then we want to hear from you!

The skills we’re looking for include:

· At least 2 years’ experience in a hospitality supervisor or manager role

· Able to manage restaurant bookings and inventory

· Ability to analyse sales reports and focus on delivering growth to the business

· Developing the offer of public and private events at 87 High St

· Proficiency in Word, Excel and Canva to complete tasks such as payroll, rotas and altering menus

· Must be willing to work at both Tamarind Tree sites as required

· Must have their own means of commuting to and from work

The qualities we’re looking for include:

-Energy, drive, and the ability to build a warm and friendly rapport with guests

- Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
