Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Chef to lead culinary operations in a vibrant hospitality environment. Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely food preparation
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of culinary excellence and teamwork
  • Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Manage food production processes, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
  • Enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment
  • Train team members on cooking techniques, food presentation, and hospitality best practices
  • Collaborate with management to develop new menu items that excite guests and reflect current culinary trends

Qualifications
