Overview

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Chef de Partie, where your passion for food and dedication to excellence will shine. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Assist in the supervision of kitchen operations during your shift, supporting junior team members and maintaining a smooth workflow.
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes, contributing creative ideas and culinary innovation.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or discrepancies to ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your designated station, equipment, and work areas at all times.
  • Support serving staff during busy periods to ensure timely delivery of orders and exceptional guest service.

Experience

  • Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment with a strong background in food preparation and cooking.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation processes, and food safety standards.
  • Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, with familiarity in managing multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
  • Hands-on experience with food presentation and plating to enhance visual appeal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of quality.
  • Strong understanding of health regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices.
