Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in supervising daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality food production
  • Support food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining consistency and presentation standards across all dishes
  • Lead by example in food safety practices, hygiene standards, and adherence to health regulations
  • Manage kitchen team members, providing guidance, training, and motivation to foster a collaborative environment
  • Oversee food service during busy periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders and excellent customer experience
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation by sharing culinary ideas and insights
  • Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and assist with ordering supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operation

Qualifications
